Pregnancy and Birth: A Calmer Way Forward
Pregnancy is meant to be a time of deep connection and quiet anticipation—but for many women, it also comes with anxiety, fear, and uncertainty. So much of what we’re told about birth focuses on what could go wrong, rather than what our bodies and minds are capable of when properly supported.

Hypnosis offers a different approach. One that brings calm where there’s tension. Confidence where there’s fear. And space for joy, even in the most unfamiliar moments.

A Mind-Body Approach to Motherhood
As a mother myself, I understand how much your inner world matters during this season. There’s no separation between mind and body when it comes to pregnancy and birth. Everything is connected.

My sessions are designed to support you from the inside out—clearing the noise, quieting the fear, and helping you access the part of you that already knows how to do this. Because that part exists. Sometimes, it just needs permission to lead.
Physical Support Through Hypnosis
Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating nausea and fatigue, or preparing for labour—hypnosis can support your body in gentle and powerful ways. I use a method called Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) to help shift subconscious patterns that may be affecting your experience. This can ease discomfort, reduce tension, and support a smoother birth process.

We’re not here to bypass the physical experience—but to work with it, in a way that feels kinder to your nervous system.

Emotional Grounding for the Journey Ahead
Pregnancy and postpartum can stir up a lot—old fears, unexpected emotions, or worries about getting it “right.” Hypnosis helps you move through this with more self-trust and less overwhelm. Together, we gently work with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth fears, sleep issues—whatever is weighing on you.

It’s not about being perfectly calm all the time. It’s about feeling safe enough to show up for yourself and your baby, even in the messier moments.
