FAQ
What if I don't think I can be hypnotized?
A lot of people worry about this! The truth is, hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state. If you've ever daydreamed or gotten lost in thought, you’ve already experienced a light form of hypnosis.
Can I really get results after 1-3 sessions?
Yes, you will experience changes after the session. There are 3 ways of changes that you can look out for: immediate change; accumulated change, when it's improving over time and it adds up; and retroactive change, when you look back and you realise that you have changed and things are different. Most clients are surprised by how much shifts even after the first session.
Are online hypnotherapy sessions as effective as in-person?
Absolutely. The process is the same whether we're meeting in person or online. The only difference is logistics. I live on a farm, so if you're not nearby, you can still book a virtual session from wherever you are. I offer flexible evening slots, which often work well for busy schedules or time zones.
